Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final, and the payment made secures your session/booking spot. If you provide two days' written notice of a scheduling conflict, your payment can secure a limited rescheduling of a new session within a seven-day time frame only. If you don't reschedule your booking within the seven-day timeframe, your payment will be forfeited, and no further refund will be provided. If, by chance, you forfeit your booking spot, you will need to proceed with a new booking, as this policy applies to all bookings, including online, in-person, and any other method of payment made to secure a session with your Life Coach, Ms. Blonka Mack.
